“Our big difference is we are investment-based not transaction-based. We know it takes time to grow a great company. We’re patient investors, yet thrive on adding value every day.”

Jonathan Warrand, CEO

The Greenwich difference.

Our genuine difference is that we are long-term investment-minded, not short-term and transaction-based. As a founder-led company, we understand that great businesses are not built overnight. As such, we are patient capital investors. We back business owners providing capital and capability.

Our unique idea generation and proven problem-solving capabilities are attributed to our team’s diverse backgrounds. Skillsets range from market-leading research, analysis and understanding value to tailored corporate strategy and business development. Our Board and executive leadership team have managed companies, both private and public, from start-up to listed companies.

What we offer.

We strongly believe that great businesses are not built overnight and are a by-product of having the right team, capability, and support network in place. We provide our partner firms with added capability across corporate finance, strategic management, and operational effectiveness to improve returns for management and investors.

What drives us.

Put simply, our purpose is to generate and support long-term sustainable returns from businesses that provide a positive impact on our society. We strive to create a better environment for our investee companies, clients, employees, and communities.
